Cell culture insert(PET membrane) 신제품 출시

SPL Cell Culture Insert는 체내 환경과 유사하여 다양한 세포의 부착, 증식, 분화에 유용하며, permeable devices와 관련된 실험에 편리하게 사용될 수 있습니다. 본제품에 사용한 Track-etched Polycarbonate (PC) membrane은 매끄럽고 얇으며 반투명하여 현미경관찰에 용이하며, PC membrane은 염색이 되지 않아 background interferences가 낮습니다.

Track-etched Polyester (PE) membrane은 얇고 미소공성한(microporous) 친수성의 polyester를 이용하여 제작하였으며, 강한 용매 저항성을 가지고 있습니다.

PE membrane은 다양한 chemical resistance와 낮은 단백질 부착능을 가지고 있습니다.

Track-etched Polyethylene tetraphthalate(PET) membrane은 광학적 투과성이 월등하며 매끄러운 표면과 낮은 단백질 부착능을 가지고 있습니다.

SPL Lifesciences의 독자적인 membrane 처리방법은 정밀한 pore diameter와 일정한 pore size를 보장합니다.

SPL Lifesciences Cell Culture Insert는 특히 quantitative analysis에 적합합니다.
