Not treated(or medium binding) polystyrene surface

\r\n

소수성 특성\, passive molecule에 의해 biomolecule이

\r\n

binding함. 약 100 - 200 ng IgG/㎠의 binding capacity를 가짐.

\r\n

High binding surface

\r\n

Ion group이나 hydrophobic region을 가지고 있는 binding medium

\r\n

(>\; 10kD)\, large molecule과 결합할 수 있음. 약 400 - 500 ng IgG/㎠

\r\n

의 binding capacity 가짐. Immunoassay에 유용함.

\r\n

Nonbinding NBS surface

\r\n

Molecular interaction을 최소화 할 수 있는 nonionic hydrophilic

\r\n

surface가 polystyrene plate에 형성되어 있어 낮은 농도의

\r\n

protein\, nucleic acid가 binding 하는데 유용함.
